Gresham's first fund was established in 1999, with capital commitments of $200 million. This fund has been fully realised.
Gresham Private Equity’s second fund was established in 2004, with capital commitments of $325 million. This Fund made its first investment in August 2004 with Barminco the only remaining portfolio company. The fund has realised six investments, Australian Pacific Paper Products, Witchery, Noel Leeming Group, GEON, Tasmanian Walking Company and Silk Logistics Group. Fund 2 is now closed to new investments.
